We will send out the package 3 days prior to the start of your stay (departure date). As an example, if the first day of use is the 4th, the shipping date will be the 1st. Shipping fee is 60THB (If the rental fee is 800THB or more, shipping is free). |

We will deliver via a third party service (e.g. Grab). *Please note that delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. |

| 4) Receiving in Japan |
Shipping in Japan is by mail only. Shipping company: Yamato Transport If the usage fee is 2,000THB or more, no shipping fee will be charged. If the usage fee is less than 2,000THB, the actual delivery fee will be charged. |
Please register at least 4 days prior to the start of use. Delivery time is expected to take 2-3 days depending on the delivery destination. |

STEP 4 · How to use our service when arriving at your destination
When you arrive at your destination, Just turn on the pocket WiFi, and please enjoy the high-speed internet.
Please let me introduce you to our insurance Package.
The insurance Package is 50THB per day.
No charge for slight damage. And the fine of other damages (screen damage, damage by water, or loss) will be 50% OFF.
Without insurance: The maximum fine is 5,000THB
With insurance: The maximum fine is 2,500THB
