What should I do if my schedule changes?
Please let us know your new travel dates right away. If you tell us at least 72 hours before the delivery date shown in your booking confirmation, there is no extra charge. If the device has already been sent, the full amount will be charged.
What happens if I lose the Pocket WiFi?
If you are worried about losing the device, we recommend adding damage/loss insurance (50 THB per day). With insurance, the maximum charge is 2,500 THB. Without insurance, the maximum charge is 5,000 THB.
Is there a deposit for the device?
There is no deposit required for our Pocket WiFi service in Asia. There are no hidden costs and no deposit required.
Is the data really unlimited? Is the speed reduced?
