If the schedule changes, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately with a new arrival date. If we receive notification within 24 hours of delivery, there will be no additional charge. If delivered, the full amount will be charged.
What happens if I lose my Pocket WiFi?
If you are concerned about loss, we recommend purchasing damage/loss insurance (50 baht per day). If you have insurance, the maximum fine is 2,500 baht. If you do not have insurance, the maximum fine is 5,000 baht.
Is there a deposit for the device?
No device deposit required. Our Pocket WiFi service for use in Indonesia has no hidden fees and no deposit needed.
